Last Post of the Year

This year has gone by so fast and has been filled with so many wonderful memories.  It came with its share of new and unexpected challenges, but looking back it has been more than amazing to watch little Phin grow so much in one year.  This time last year, he couldn't do much more than eat and sleep.  He weighed only 7.5 pounds at the end of month one, and he could even fit inside a stocking.  Now he's crawling everywhere, pulling up on furniture and starting to cruise.  He loves playing peek-a-boo and watching his kitties.  He wishes he could survive solely on meat and Cheerios, but enjoys veggies - like his most favorite - beets.  His smile, little voice, and laugh are constantly melting our hearts.  We feel so lucky and blessed to get to be this little guy's parents and would never want it any other way.  We are always saying to each other, "Can you believe he's actually ours?"  We are excited to see what this new year will hold for our family.
Happy New Year's Eve!

(And here are a few more pictures from Christmas)
Here Phin is opening up his stocking with Daddy on Christmas morning.

He's having fun showing off his new toys to Grandpa.

As you an see, the little one always makes out with all the presents.

He and Nana had a good time playing foosball.

Uncle Lee is so silly!

Spending some quality snuggle time with his Great-Nana.
