Happy 1 Month Birthday!

This first month has totally flown by.  Lucas is growing and has recently outgrown his newborn clothing and newborn size diapers.  He loves when his brothers come talk to him, eating, and having someone hold him when he's sleepy.  He does not like sunshine, recently the hours between 4 pm and 8 pm, pacifiers (that would make the hours between 4 and 8 more bearable) and being left alone.  Here's some pictures of our sweet little guy.  I am going to try and take a few more with the one month sticker, because he wasn't particularly happy by that time.

 

10 years of beaches

In honor of our 10 year anniversary, we spent the day at the beach!  10 years before we enjoyed a wonderful honeymoon in Hilton Head, South Carolina.  This brought back fun memories of the ocean (only this was a whole lot colder and rockier).  The kids were scared of the waves (and it was freezing) but they had a lot of fun in the sand. (Notice the picture where Matt is in the water.  There were a number of other people at the beach but look at how many you see swimming.)

My Three Sons

We are so excited to have little Lucas be a part of our family.  In order to catch up on everything that has happened in the past month, I'll probably post backwards to his birth.  Here's a few recent pictures of all three boys.  They really seem to be enjoying their new little brother.
