Apple Picking

This weekend we went on our annual apple picking trip with some good friends.  Both boys loved eating the apples and had a fun time at the orchard.  We were also lucky enough to get the first day of cool fall weather.

 

Swinging in Connecticut

This summer the boys favorite activity when we visited Nana and Grandpa in Connecticut was to swing.  Every other swing in comparison now seems way less exciting.  It also seems to be one of the only things I took pictures of, probably because we spent so many hours doing it.

They even got pushes from Uncle Lee and Allison

We also had fun at a nearby fair.  Phin loved the rides, especially the roller coaster with Uncle Lee.  Jonas got to ride on a real pony (the carousel is usually his favorite ride) but it seems only other family members have pictures.  I'll have to try and get a hold of one. 

 

More Summer Fun

As I try to finish up posting summer pictures, here are some random ones.

Uncle Joey stopped by for a visit on his way to Colorado.  The boys enjoyed feeding him a snack.

I don't think our fur babies have been recognized for a while.  Both are doing well and had a nice summer laying in sunny open windows.

Grammy's Birthday Books

The boys were very excited to celebrate Grammy's birthday (Happy Birthday Grammy!), as they got to open their own very special package from her.   New books!  With buttons that make animal noises!  The send many thank yous and love your way.

 

Cleveland Visit Part 2

Here are few more pictures from our visit to Cleveland back in July.

 We had a fun time with cousins at the zoo.

We got to play more with cousins and enjoy a nice fire.

The boys loved playing in (and drinking) the water in their own private pool.

Cleveland Visit Part 1

We had a great time in July visiting family in Ohio.  One of the highlights for the boys was hanging out with their cousins. They enjoyed riding in the jeep.

They also enjoyed playing football.  Jonas is ready for a starting position.
